The pizza was very tasty, and I was glad to find a gluten free option. Although they use a separate oven for the gluten free pizza and have a separate counter space for making the dough, it is not really safe for celiacs because the gf pizza is made in the same room as the normal pizza which can cause gluten contamination due to flour dust. I guess that is why the restaurant is not certified gluten free. Being a celiac myself, I personally had no noticeable issues, but I would recommend any celiacs eating here to be careful and evaluate the risk for themselves... The kitchen is open so you can...

We ate at Pizza Folle for our last dinner on vacation. It was a really nice and relaxed atmosphere in the courtyard. The staff was very nice, we had a variety of different dishes, all of them very tasty. It was a very pleasant experience all around. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, my child lost their bracelet there. After we contacted them, they went looking for it, found it and sent it to us at home! Their customer service really goes way above and beyond what one could ever expect! Goes to show what kind of people they are. I hope the good karma comes...

This was one of the good surprising moments you encounter. We've been to Castiadas 3 years ago and stayed in a flat that was not at all what we hoped for. But there was this friendly, affordable and most of all perfect pizza place. We talked about it in the following months and years as we were dreaming about sun and sardinien food. And then we decided to come back to Sardinia and without even planning we somehow ended up here again - we ate pizza and something that rarely happens actually did - this place is AS GOOD as we remembered it.
