Very good Pizza. Its no neapolitan pizza but the dough is just perfect. Very crunchy yet soft, high quality mozzarella and polite pizzaiolo. You can either order just a slice, a whole baking tray (9 pieces, up to 3 different toppings) or a round pizza. If you are in/near punta ala then try this pizza!

Mangio la loro piazza al taglio da anni. Sono abbonato all margherita e all ripiena. Molto buona. Certo in pieno agosto si fa la fila perchè il locale è molto piccolo, ci sono solo due forni e ci sono tanti clienti affezionati. Ma andando la mattina presto, o fuori dalla confusione delle settimane centrali di agosto, è una garanzia.

Niente da dire... una pizza squisita, croccante, saporita, dall'impasto ben lievitato, con tanta mozzarella ed un pomodoro delizioso. Una sorpresa che non mi aspettavo. Buonissime anche le schiacciatine (o schiaccine, come si dice in Maremma...) fatte al momento... Aggiornamento 2019... un anno dopo non posso confermare il giudizio precedente... pizza...
