It's been some years since my last visit to this restaurant and must say I wasn't disappointed. Food is simply sublime! from appetisers to desserts, every dish we ordered was very tasty and very nicely served. There's also an important wine list to marry your choices with. One shortcoming only, even if quite subjective, is the fact that waiters/waitresses address clients with TU instead of LEI as proper Italian language would ask for, given the age difference. Yet, as this fact doesn't reflect on the quality of the whole experience, I still give a fully fledged five stars rating. Read moreAccidentally stumbled across this restaurant on a Sunday night having already made our peace with no where being open and/or stopping at the first place we found if we saw lights…and thank god we did. Easily the best meal we have had so far being in Italy, the food, the ambiance, the staff, everything was great. We opted for the 5 plate chefs menu which almost made us cry at every mouthful. The chef was so lovely, and he came and talked us through each plate and where the ingredients had come from etc.

Unfortunately, the bread was burnt. We noticed that other tables were not served bread that was burnt. Although the presentation of the meal was excellent, the entire meal was defrosted. The menu stated that products are “frozen”. When my husband received his meal, it was still cold and we asked the server to warm it up a little more. He apologized repeatedly. When paying for the meal, they tried give us some dried pasta but we do not believe that would be able to take food home...
