The best Italian hot chocolate I have ever tasted.

We stopped here on a little walk around Cattolica. We were actually heading out for dinner but decided to eat dessert first at this delightful Gelateria. The team were very helpful and offered recommendations with perfectly spoken English. I always feel that is a credit to the venue if the team are able to communicate in many languages, it makes customers feel at ease but I must add I never expect it to be the case as you are the tourist and it is good to be able to communicate in the country's language even if your knowledge is limited.

We both tried the hot chocolate with cream and we were not disappointed at all. It had a velvety consistency and such a rich taste.

We shared the crepe with custard and a Nutella filled doughnut. Both were freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. I am so glad we stopped here. It was a lovely little...

An einem ruhigen Vormittag völlig chaotischer Service. Eine Fanta 4,50 Euro (ohne Chips, Nüsse etc.) ist zu teuer (oder wurde falsch berechnet).

Nach Ihrem unfreundlichen Kommentar noch einen Stern weniger: Es zählt nicht der Vergleich zum Supermarkt, nicht zur Strandbar, nicht der Vergleich Italien zu Deutschland. Es zählt vielleicht der Vergleich zu anderen Cafés in Cattolica - es ging auch nicht um 1 Euro mehr oder weniger, es geht um schlechten Service und eine lange Wartezeiten in einem leeren Café, zuerst beim bestellen und nochmal an der Kasse. Es liegen übrigens keine Getränkekarten auf dem Tisch (auch kein QR Code). Wenn es schon 4,50 Euro für eine Fanta sind, wären Glasflaschen wertiger als Dosen. Natürlich müssen Sie keine Chips zur Fanta anbieten, aber andere tun es für weniger Geld. Der Preis auf der Piazza in Gabicce für das selbe Getränk in bester Lage liegt bei 3 Euro, also 1,50 Euro weniger.

Es ist nicht die erste schlechte Erfahrung, mir wurde früher bereits ein kleines Glas Wasser für ein Kleinkind berechnet - natürlich entstehen Ihnen dafür Kosten, diese können Sie einfordern, aber andere tun es nicht.

Sie behandeln Touristen wie Touristen, nicht wie Gäste, das spürt man vor allem in ihren Kommentaren. Ich persönlich rate zu etwas Bescheidenheit...

Prezzi da fuori di testa... Sono state chieste due coppette di gelato al tavolo ma ovviamente il cameriere ha capito quello che voleva lui e ha portato due coppe piccole da menù che costano il doppio con stessa quantità! Aggiornamento: grazie per l'esaustivo riscontro al mio commento ma probabilmente se ho perso tempo a scriverlo era perché avevo da sottolineare qualcosa che non andava bene durante la mia visita al suo locale. Grazie anche per avermi spiegato quali sono i costi di gestione e del materiale che un locale come il suo deve sostenere. Mi fa poi piacere che abbia dedicato il suo prezioso tempo a leggere altri miei commenti . Consiglio di formare meglio il cameriere visto che alla mia richiesta poteva essere data un altro tipo di risposta e avrei evitato di prendere quel prodotto. Ad ogni modo ho visto un altro cliente dopo di me che ha preso delle coppette "da passeggio" e si è bellamente seduto al tavolo per consumare sottolineando un mancato rispetto per il lavoro altrui che va al di là del mio commento. Infine sicuramente tornerò a farle visita per assaggiare il suo delizioso gelato preferendola tra altre decine di gelatieri nei pressi di Cattolica. Saluti...
