Good service can sometimes compensate for less than average food, but in this case they tipped from three to two stars. Waiting for 15 minutes before ever seeing a menu. The table next to us arrived later, got served before us. The red wine was served at 'room temperature', which in this case was 32 degrees on the terrace. The pizza was below par. I can't think of a single experience at any pizzeria in the Netherlands where the quality was less. You expect a bit more eating pizza in Italy. There was one waiter who dared ask the question if everything was as we wished and only after we asked him to take away our unfinished pizzas. When we responded that we had a very mediocre experience he called for the head waiter. She started a lecture and argued with us about how we were wrong in just about anything we said. If you are looking for a good place to eat, don’t visit this restaurant. Even when you’re visiting with the Campingdiscount, it’s not worth it. The food, for it's horrendous quality, is awfully overpriced. The Pizzas and the antipasti we ordered we’re brought to us in a few minutes, sadly that was no sign of good work but more a sign of already prepared food which was probably reheated. This also reflected in the Taste of the Food, the Pizzas we’re not well cooked extremely liquid. The Tomatosauce was watered down and did not really have any taste at all. The Cutto was of a bad quality and drenched in the liquid, watery sauce. La peggior pizzeria presente su tutto questo litoraneo della Sicilia. Entriamo io le mia ragazza e nessun dipendente, proprietario compreso, dà importanza alla nostra presenza all’interno del locale; e per ben venti minuti ci lasciano lì ad aspettare. Solo quando noi siamo andati da un cameriere che stava condendo delle pizze ci viene detto che: “tra un po’ “ sarebbe venuto qualcuno. Dopo altri dieci minuti di attesa lo stesso cameriere/aiuto-cuoco viene in cassa e chiede al cliente dietro di noi come poteva servirlo è solo dopo che con calma gli facesse pagare il conto si rivolge a noi dicendo: “come ve le devo fare le pizze? ” senza salutare e trattandoci con molta sufficienza. Personale sgarbato ed arrogante, cuoco/proprietario sporco e incurante di qualsiasi legge sulla pulizia; e non parliamo delle normative anti-COVID, inesistenti (anche se secondo il loro parere sono a norma di legge, da quanto constatato nessuno controlla l’effettivo adempimenti delle normative vigenti). Esempio, viene chiesto un cucchiaino per dare l’omogeneizzato ad un neonato, il cameriere infastidito dalla domanda prende un cucchiaino da un bicchiere veramente molto sporco e lo scaraventa sul bancone, ancor più sporco; Altro esempio il cuoco della suddetta pizzeria essendo un uomo molto corpulento ed avvezzo a sudare in una calda serata estiva siciliana davanti al forno gronda letteralmente sudore sulle pizze come se fosse tutto normale mi guarda e sorride. Per finire mangio la pizza di dimensioni veramente ridotte con il pomodoro crudo e le patatine ancor più crude con i bordi letteralmente carbonizzati, una vera leccornia!…. Insomma forse la peggior esperienza della mia vita in una pizzeria. Unica nota positiva i cartoni delle pizze erano veramente belli. Da siciliano provo molta VERGOGNA CHE I TURISTI VENGANO A CONOSCENZA DI COSÌ TANTO DEGRADO.
