I’ve walked to Almond from Cisternino weekdays at least three times since I’ve been in Puglia because they have THE best focaccia. I wanted to spend my last weekend in Puglia enjoying their focaccia one last time so I went in on a Sunday (not my usual time). Unfortunately my last experience was not my best because, while service was great as always, the staff microwaved (?) the focaccia, which left it soggy and limp.
