Tornare in un luogo dei ricordi può essere un'esperienza agrodolce. Questa gelateria, un tempo meta imperdibile per i suoi gelati e torte eccellenti, purtroppo non ha mantenuto gli standard che ricordavo.

La qualità del gelato è notevolmente peggiorata: la consistenza granulosa e la presenza di cristalli di ghiaccio hanno compromesso l'esperienza. Il vero punto dolente, tuttavia, è stata la porzione estremamente ridotta, quasi simbolica se paragonata alla generosità tipica di altre gelaterie pugliesi.

Sembra che l'aumento del turismo abbia avuto un impatto negativo, come spesso accade. La ricerca del profitto rapido sembra aver sostituito la passione per la qualità e l'autenticità che un tempo sembravano caratterizzare questo locale.

Spero che questo feedback possa servire come stimolo per un ritorno alle radici e alla qualità di un tempo. Sarebbe un peccato perdere un'istituzione locale così amata a causa dell'...
