This restaurant specializes in seafood dishes. The catches are mostly fresh from the fish market of the day. The members of the staff are very friendly and fun, as well as very knowledgeable about their products and are happy to help with wine pairings or to recommend the best items on the menu. Delusione. Un vero peccato ritornare in un ristorante che è stato il fiore all’occhiello di Civitanova. Il cibo sempre buono, nonostante il menù manchevole di una serie indeterminata di pietanze. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo da 4 persone, avvisando che con noi ci sarebbe stato un cane. Arrivati al locale l’accoglienza della proprietaria è stata pessima, dicendo che i cani di grossa taglia non potevano entrare, nonostante l’avessimo fatto presente in fase di prenotazione. Cercando nel libro delle prenotazioni inoltre ha tentato di dire che non avevamo prenotato. Ma veniamo alla cena, dopo averci fatto accomodare sotto ad una televisione con una partita di calcio in diretta con il volume acceso, abbiamo richiesto che quest’ultimo venisse abbassato, con stizza il cameriere ha provveduto ad abbassare il volume. Il menù mancava di numerosi piatti, dovuto al fermo pesca e non imputabile in parte al ristorante. Il servizio è stato molto lento e disattento, le posate venivano appoggiate sul tavolo in modo quasi del tutto casuale, come se il cliente dovesse apparecchiarsi da solo la tavola. Abbiamo fatto presente che uno dei commensali avesse un’intolleranza, ci è stato risposto dopo aver portato dei piatti a tavola “io quello non lo mangerei” senza proporre una soluzione alternativa. I piatti venivano dimenticati e quando si chiedeva come erano composte le pietanze le risposte erano vaghe e scocciate. Alla richiesta del conto dopo 20 minuti di attesa ci siamo alzati. Ovviamente un cane di piccola taglia ha provato ad aggredire il nostro che invece non ha fatto nemmeno una smorfia, ovviamente ciò è stato riportato alla proprietaria che è stata in grado di rispondere polemicamente all’accaduto. Purtroppo, a malincuore non ritorneremo, il servizio è troppo scadente e poco attento. Unica nota positiva è stata una giovane cameriera, che a differenza della poca professionalità del collega è stata molto gentile.
