Actually zero stars for the absence of courtesy and any kind of respect. Instead of saying from the beginning of the unwillingness to serve, a waiter sent us all the way back “to ask his colleague on the reception”. So we made all the way back with a little baby, entered from another door while we could reach the reception walking through the restaurant. Obviously we were wearing masks. We were seated outside in this beautiful ristorante. Staff was friendly not only to us but our dog too (even offered water for our dog). The food was above average, the bread was very good. We had first, second, dessert & wine.

Nouvelle gestion de propriétaire depuis 18 mois environ. Une gestion très professionnelle et à la fois très chaleureuse.

Une carte des mets très invitante. Cuisson parfaite, très belle présentation, saveurs incroyables.

Carte de vins de la région et du pays très intéressante et service des vins d'un grand professionnalisme et beaucoup de connaissances.

Les tajarin à la truffe un pur régal de finesse et de saveur. Les fameuses et incontournables Malfatti à ne pas manquer L'émincé de cerf tendre servi avec une fine polenta un régal Le filet de viande de boeuf aux bolets tendre et grillée comme il se doit. Les accompagnements, légumes à la vapeurs ou grillés étaient absolument merveilleux et savoureux et toujours très bien présentés. Crème de Cogne, la recette de la grand-mère à en redemander un supplément. Carte des desserts très invitants et savoureux. Mille-feuille à la crème de mandarines, ou panna cotta aux divers parfum un pur plaisir.

Accueil très chaleureux, service impeccable. Digestifs de la région variés.

Durant notre séjour nous y sommes retournés 3 fois tellement la carte et l'accueil était invitants.
