Lager, alc. 5% vol, chiara, bassa fermentazione, servire a 6-8°, grado di amaro (ibu): 22. Bottiglia cl. 33 territorio toscano. (In the mouth you can perceive sweet notes of malt well contrasted by a pleasant bitterness that remains as an aftertaste and makes it easy to drink).
(Balanced aromas between contributions of malt (caramel, biscuit, cherry) and hops (orange, resinous-woody themes)). (The lystra is able to accompany seafood appetizers well grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.)
Lupor Keller
Keller, alc. 5% vol., chiara, bassa fermentazione, servire a 6°-8°. Naturale non filtrata. Bottiglia cl. 50. Sapore fresco, leggermente maltato, chiaro e finemente lievitato. (Fresh, slightly malty, clear and finely leavened.)
Primator
India pale ale (ipa), scura, alta fermentazione, servire a 7°-8°, grado di amaro (ibu): 65. Bottiglia cl. 50. (The six hop varieties used in this beer create a unique flavor profile. At the opening there is a hint of intense bittemess, the tones of tropical fruit, aromatic resins and citrus appear gradually. The beer rounds out after you sip it and opens up a variety of different flavors and scents.). abbinamento consigliato: si accompagna bene a piatti dolci e grassi. (It goes well with it to sweet and fatty dishes..)

Delicious food, great customer service, and cheap prices. There is a high-quality atmosphere that I just can't put into words, everything was perfect. The Coniglio alla Vernaccia (rabbit) meat melted right off the bone, and the fried potatoes that came with it were not greasy, but instead perfectly crunchy on the outside and perfectly mushy on the inside. The homemade pici also didn't feel greasy at all, and was a delightful plate. After eating dinner here, I don't feel wasted on the stomach like I would after eating fast food or something too cheesy; The aftermath of the food is just as perfect as my experience here. It makes sense that people go out of San Gimignano just for...

Horrible service. We came in without reservation, our bad. Food looked good but we waited at the entrance for an entire 30 minutes without even being looked at by the employees. There were around 4 tables empty so I asked the waitress to sit down. She told me 'Its too busy you need to wait 1-1.5 hours'. I asked her if we could wait while sitting down. And she straight up lied to me saying they had reservations left for those table and that we're better off getting takeaway since it was too busy. So disappointed

EDIT: The owner replied that I need to amputate my thumbs and bury them??? Just more confirmation of the...

Food is 100% authentic Tuscan, prepared by the owner's wife as chef. Quite a classy ristorante for this little town. The owner speaks 4-5 languages and very helpful in every regard. His father operated a restaurant all his life and the owner of Tre Archi has owned & operated restaurants in Tuscany all his life as well. Best Tuscan sausage & beans dish I've ever had. Portions are generous and offered with wide range of highest quality olive oils. I'd love to return. Note, the place is closed during the winter months (Nov to March). They also operate a guest house near the restaurant, a!so open seasonally. You...

Incredible! Must visit (and skip all the stops in San Gimignano)- try the pici if you can; it’s the best pasta I’ve had in my life and the simple sauce was packed with flavor. The dessert (hazelnut brittle parfait) blew us away. The pizza is tasty but for us the pasta was the star. They put so much care into the food and you are guaranteed a delicious meal! Please pay them a visit!

Antonio Romano
