Baita el Brodol on the pistes near Canazei is a fabulous restaurant (with lots of flags on the outside - hard to miss) has a cozy, rustic atmosphere, with warm decor and plenty of outdoor seating. A menu must-have is their trio of Knodel, a classic Tyrolean dish made with three different types of dumplings. The knodel are expertly made, with a light and fluffy texture and a rich, savory, cheesy flavor. They are a perfect complement to the restaurant's hearty, warming dishes, making for a truly satisfying meal.

We also enjoyed a würstel sausage on a bed of delicious, warm cabbage/sauerkraut, and a some of the best chips I’ve ever had. I will definitely return!

Service is friendly and attentive making it a really excellent dining experience, and it was great to meet Gabriel who I believe is the owner. With its delicious food (at excellent value) and charming atmosphere, Baita el Brodol is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking authentic Tyrolean...

This place is a little gem! Gabriel and his team are always welcoming and nice. The food is spot on, the terrace in the sun is perfect, even more after a long day of skiing. And the music! Scio non solo per fare sport, ma per ammirare nuovi e incantevoli posti, immergermi nella natura e conoscere la cultura delle tante realtà e comuni d'Italia.

A canazei visono tantissime baite, lungo la strada dei quattro passi, avete l'imbarazzo della scelta sia per panorami che per offerta culinaria. Ma non tutti sono accoglienti e pochi riescono a trasmettere il divertimento nella cogliere i clienti. Al brodol, in una posizione non felice perché alla fine di una pista che conduce alla fienxegli impianti, quindi bel panorama ma di passaggio. Un luogo dove non ti fermi perché non è né a monte ma neppure a valle... E sbagli! É qui che ho trovato simpatia, gentilezza, cortesia. Sorrisi e velocità nel servizio, buon cibo, prezzo onesto e bel panorama. Programmate di fermarvi prima di togliere gli sci a fine giornata, il panorama è bello e vedrete che tornerete.
