We went as a party of 6. We ordered 3 starters and 4 mains for various members of our party. 3 starters and 2 mains arrived within 20 minutes. We then waited 45 minutes for two tagliatelle dishes to arrive. We asked a waitress where they were and she wandered off and didn’t come back. We then asked again someone else and she nodded then left straight away. Later, after waiting more with no communication from the waiting staff, we went to the bar to ask where it was. It had been over an hour waiting by this point. We told him we were losing our appetite. He then opened the dumbwaiter beyond the bar and gestured to 2 tagliatelles waiting inside. I asked if they were cold or still hot. He said “you want it or not?” I conferred with my friend if she still wanted to eat it or not as she had lost her appetite but now it was ready I wanted to see if she had changed her mind. In this time the barman came up to us, leaned over the bar confrontationally and said “WELL, you want or not?” Then went and slammed shut the dumbwaiter and pressed the up button and said “no tagliatelle for you” (very sarcastically). We left the bar then as his body language was very confrontational and we were upset by it. The waitress then came to the table and shouted our entire order back to us and said the wait time was normal, then slammed our bill on the table. Two of our party went and paid and left. When I left the man who had been behind the bar started whistling “cuckoo” at us and gesticulated at me with his fingers to his temple implying I was mental and the waitress came up and shouted “ARRIVEDERCI. GET OUT!” In conclusion, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are all appallingly rude, confrontational and plain nasty. No, today was really not good at all.

First, we waited almost 20 minutes without being served (we had a reservation and were seated quickly, but then nothing happened for a long time), and then the nice young man must have been having a very bad day. At least, that’s what one could assume, because both we and the neighboring tables were served very rudely and carelessly. Another family even left the restaurant.

We've tried many restaurants in Campitello, but here the service was simply NOT good at all, true to the motto ‘They’re just holiday guests, don't care!’

The food arrived at different times, and there wasn’t even a comment about it, let alone an apology. We spent a lot of money at this place with our group, but there was no sense of appreciation for the guests.

Food - “mixed salad” contains old lettuce and a few pieces of cherry tomatoes, and it’s not even listed on the menu, but overall OK experience on the food front as pizza makes up for the rest. Service - worst service ever experienced in a ski resort in Europe: poor English and uptight attitude. Ordered 4 glasses of beer and two of the 4 were completely off, tasted and smelled gross, so we made it a point, and would have wanted to ask for another glass to replace, but the answer was straight away a massive fake smile “oh this is weissbier, you just don’t know it”. Really?! Zero hospitality ! Please, drop the attitude, as this shouldn’t be the standard anymore, especially following the slowest service where you need to ask for a waiter to your table 3times before...
