A very confusing place. The food is great, high quality and intriguing. Nothing superb but the prices are fair and it’s more of a fast-casual gatropub than a restaurant. A glorified cafeteria really. The entire concept is cool and modern and hip but ultimately the iPad ordering is extremely confusing and the staff are reluctant to assist and, while nice, they are dumb and not helpful at all. When ordering beers and wine the servers, who ranged from young children to stuffy old folks, had zero knowledge of their own menu offerings. The imperfections were almost as bad as the chilling impersonalities. It felt robotic and lacked human touch.

The atmosphere is halfway between tacky and elegant. The wood paneling is gorgeous but certain elements are tacky and overstated without any foundational substance. The futuristic bathrooms clashed with the rustic dining area.

Finally, the painfully pretentious stuffy patronage is disgusting. The snobby European folks who pompously pop their collars and shoot dirty looks at everyone all over is horrendous and extremely off putting.
