I was excited to eat here but was disappointed. It took 15 minutes for someone to take our order, even though we asked two other waitresses who said they weren’t taking orders. I had the burger and it was dry, lacking sauce and cheese. The fries were over cooked and when I broke one in half it was hollow with almost no potato! The serving size was also small. La nota dolente é il servizio ma soprattutto la cameriera.

In fase di ordinazione erano state chieste delucidazioni su eventuali condimenti presenti sul cibo, la cameriera invece di andarsi ad informare in cucina per risponderci ci ha liquidati dicendo “ah ma non lo so” (chiedi no(?) ) Abbiamo ordinato 3 taglieri + patatine a titolo di antipasto, é arrivato tutto insieme alle portate principali tranne chi ha ordinato le costine che ha aspettato 5/10 minuti a guardato gli altri che finivo i loro panini. Il peggio arriva al momento del tagliere dove la cameriera,sempre molto esperta, ribalta una ciotola di salta sulla maglia di una persona del nostro tavolo e l’unica cosa che ha saputo fare è portare uno straccio umido e lasciarglielo nel tavolo, possiamo definirlo un danno notevole e mortificante per una persona che ha poi pranzato con una maglia completamente sporca e lavata in bagno per togliere il grosso. In fase di pagamento era stato richiesto uno sconto per il servizio così “impeccabile” ma ci hanno fatto pagare l’intero importo.

Posso solo dire che le mie costine erano davvero buone ma non al punto di tornarci perché il personale é davvero pessimo ed inesperto.

Controllate sempre lo scontrino perché a noi hanno dato un pre conto non fiscale, purtroppo anche colpa nostra che abbiamo pagato in parte in contanti e abbiamo controllato la sorta di “scontrino”...

Das sogenannte Steakhaus sollte lieber CampingplatzImbiss heißen.

1 Steak in der Karte. Das Steak kam völlig ohne Gewürz auf den Teller. Schwimmend in Wasser vom Mais aus der Büchse.

Warum so etwas?

Steakhaus Pfeffer kennt dort keiner, stattdessen wurde uns lieblos Pfeffer und Salz aus kleinen Papierbeuteln auf den Tisch geworfen.

Eine echte Schande, dass sich dieses Restaurant ein Steakhaus nennt.

Keine Speisekarte vorhanden, nur Digital auf dem Handy möglich. Mit dem eigenen Handy könnte die Speisekarte wegen eines fehlenden WLAN Hotspots nicht aufgerufen werden. Uns wurde dann ein Tablet PC an den Tisch gebracht. Man hätte uns auch gleich die Karte geben können. Hygienekonzept somit nicht eingehalten.

Kellner kann weder Deutsch noch Englisch.

Wir wurden über den Abend hin von 3 verschiedenen Kellnern bedient.

Keiner wusste was der andere macht.

Bestellung wurde auf Bildern in der Speisekarte gezeigt und es wurde trotzdem falsch an den Tisch gebracht.

Eine Schwangere Frau hat einen Eistee bestellt. Ihr wurde ein stark alkoholischer Cocktail gebracht, ein Long Island Icetea.

Kinderportionen viel zu groß.

Pommes nur oben gesalzen, unten auf dem Teller geschmacklos.

Auf dem Tisch lagen typisch für Italien Brotstangen, diese wurden nicht gegessen, Trotzdem berechnet.

Dann jedoch mitgenommen, ungenießbar, taugten nur zum Enten...
