Ristorante Pizzeria Dolomiti — Restaurant in Comunità della Valle di Sole

In this region we were here twice per year for sure more than 50 times in my life. Every year we was coming to the pizza to the Dolomite Restaurante. Today out of my expectation. When we came in we wait to be sitted. The restaurant was almost empty. We sit as a third table. The waitress come to ours table after 3 minutes and aks about the orders of the drinks. We said that we need more time. We heard what she came just for the drniks. My mather in-law said that we need same more time even for drinks. The blond 40+ waitress spin around on one leg and said "I will come in one hour". In that we finished our stay. It was good restaurant for many years but if the owner will not change the habbits of this waitress i dont know what will be in the future with...

Terrible service. We had a vegetarian in our party who specifically ordered a dish without speck and they still served it to her with speck. They had to go back and remake it. Then they served everyone’s food but my husbands and no one ever came back to our table to tell us where his food was or why it wasn’t coming. We had to get up twice to ask where his food was and was finally told that the waitress never even put in his order. His food came after we all had finished eating and they didn’t even apologize and we weren’t comped anything on our bill. Instead, they charged us twice for his meal!!!! How ridiculous! Do...

Ambiente confortebole, cibo non posso dire nulla, molto buono, a parte il fatto che nel salmone c'erano tante spine. Ho messo due stelle solo al servizio, perchè lo staff non è stato così educato, specialmente una cameriera di questa sera, un comportamento per nulla idoneo, scocciata che mia figlia rideva che scherzava con sua amica, volgendo lo sguardo verso mia figlia di poco gusto, inoltre la mia amica che parlava solo inglese, non gli ha dato modo di poter ordinare il suo dessert, perchè scocciata di prendere altro ordine. Gli ho fatto notare il suo comportamento e mi ha risposto in male modo. Non ci tornerò più!

Comfortable environment, food I can't say anything, very good, except that there were a lot of bones in the salmon. I put two stars only for the service, because the staff was not so polite, especially a waitress this evening, a completely inappropriate behavior, annoyed that my daughter was laughing and joking with her friend, turning her gaze towards my daughter of little taste, also my friend who only spoke English, did not give him the chance to order his dessert, because she was annoyed to take another order. I pointed out his behavior and he answered me rudely. I will not go back there again!

Gezellige sfeer, eten kan ik niet beoordelen, erg goed, behalve dat er veel graatjes in de zalm zaten. Ik heb alleen twee sterren gegeven voor de service, omdat het personeel niet zo beleefd was, vooral de serveerster vanavond, een totaal ongepast gedrag, geïrriteerd dat mijn dochter aan het lachen en grappen maken was met haar vriendin, en haar blik richtte op mijn dochter met weinig smaak. Ook gaf mijn vriendin, die alleen Engels sprak, hem niet de kans om zijn dessert te bestellen, omdat ze geïrriteerd was om nog een bestelling op te nemen. Ik wees hem op zijn gedrag en hij reageerde onbeschoft. Ik ga daar...
