You usually don’t expect much from bars by the ski slopes – more of a quick warm-up and off you go. But this place was a pleasant surprise. For a fast-food-style spot, the pizza was more than decent and made with quality ingredients.

The beer selection was a nice surprise too – not just the usual lagers (or the typical Italian “Europils”), but also wheat beer and some other interesting options. Plus, there were plenty of warm drinks to choose from, whether to heat up or just enjoy – from mulled wine (though we had an even better one at another slope bar) to various warm liqueurs.

All in all, a great little stop between runs, and we gladly came back a few times throughout the day...

La qualità è sempre impeccabile, e si percepisce l'amore per la buona cucina in ogni boccone. Ma La Rocca non è solo un posto dove mangiare bene: è anche un luogo dove ci si diverte! Ogni giorno, un DJ crea in postazione un'atmosfera unica, mescolando e selezionando tracce che fanno ballare e coinvolgono chiunque si trovi a 2166 metri di altezza. La musica si fonde perfettamente con l'ambiente montano, creando un clima favorevole per chi ha voglia di relax. Chalet La Rocca non è solo un rifugio per gustare piatti deliziosi, ma anche un punto di ritrovo per chi cerca una mattinata all'insegna del divertimento e dell'allegria. The bald waiter is rather getting a myocardial infarct than picking up our order. We waited 2 hours before they ASKED what we wanted. Only one waiter can take food orders and he obviously cant handle it. Get some help. Giga understaffed and inefficient crew. They took over 40 minutes and 3 people to clean up a table next to us. They even took our order of drinks wrong. We all order beer like what??? I would rate the food if...
