Absolutely appalling service – rudest hostess we've encountered in years

We arrived at the terrace, which was busy but not completely full. As any decent guest would, we waited politely near the menu, studying it while clearly showing interest in getting a table. The hostess saw us — not once, but several times — and deliberately ignored us. Not even a nod, not a simple "I'll be with you shortly," just complete disregard.

After five full minutes of being treated like invisible fools, we took the initiative and went inside to ask if there was a table available. The answer? No. Which is fair enough — places get full. But what is not acceptable is letting guests stand outside like idiots without the slightest courtesy of acknowledgment. A simple “Sorry, we’re full” would have sufficed. Instead, we were treated like we didn’t exist.

Hospitality starts with basic human decency. This place failed...

Absolutely terrible service and grumpy servers. Very weird behavior for people working in the service industry, it created a strange atmosphere where it seemed like you were bothering the servers with everything you asked.

Payed 6 euros for the most pathetic amount of potatoes as a side. Food was very mid. And then also got charged a 6 euro service fee?? For what service?! I left it like that because they apparently needed it.

I would not recommend eating here. There must be way...

Yesterday we ate for the third time this week at this fantastic family restaurant with real Italian cuisine. The flavors of the dishes are of good quality and are as they should be without any side issues. away from the hustle and bustle of the boulevard, on a small cozy authentic square where you feel and taste completely in Italy.
