With two Australians and a 80 years old italian lady we decided to take a trip to Chiavenna and stopped at this bar to have lunch. We all had proof of vaccinations on our phones except for the 80 years lady who had proof of the third dose on paper because she doesn’t have a phone. The scanning system they had didn’t accept the QR code on the paper and we were asked to leave. Visited 20/08/2025. Can't fault the Parma pizza, mine was lovely, shame the service didn't match. We were sat down and a plate of ham, bread and cheese was brought to the table but we were waiting over 20 minutes for anyone to bring menus to the table. Before we got our menus, another family were seated near us and their menus were on the table before they could even sit down. Sono stata oggi con il mio compagno in questo bar molto frequentato per un aperitivo, ma, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza. Abbiamo ordinato 02 calici di Valtellina Superiore accompagnati da un tagliere misero con numero 02 fette ciascuno di coppa, 02 pezzetti di pizza e 02 pezzetti di formaggio con del pane di grano saraceno. Il mio compagno è allergico al grano saraceno e alla richiesta di avere qualcosa di differente per mangiare le 02 fette di coppa, la cameriera ha risposto con maleducazione ed insolenza, che non erano provvisti di altro pane ed si è limitata ad offrire delle gallette di riso. Notare che il locale si presta alla preparazione di pizze e focacce. Perciò, un servizio migliore sarebbe stato quello di portare, per esempio, una focaccia. Forse questo locale lavora con i numeri disinteressandosi del servizio al cliente. Un corso di galateo è altamente consigliato. Non è neppure stata offerta l'ordinazione.
