Sotto questa montagna di rucola c'è una tagliata che doveva arrivare al sangue ed invece era molto cotta ed in alcune parti addirittura bruciata, peccato perché avevo sentito grandi cose sui loro piatti. N.B. La risposta del proprietario dimostra l'arroganza di chi non accetta una critica da parte di chi spende i suoi soldi chiedendo in cambio "solo" di mangiare ció che ha chiesto. Non sono di certo alla ricerca di "momenti di gloria", in tal caso avrei scelto altri posti in cui andare a cenare! P.S. La splendida? Ho fatto presente che la carne era troppo cotta, ha anche notato che ho scambiato il piatto con l'altro piatto di tagliata del tavolo, non mi sembra che ciò sia servito a qualcosa. Comunque non credo che un simile atteggiamento sia una buona pubblicità, sarebbe bastato ammettere l'errore, che ci può anche stare, invece di arrampicarsi...
