Nova Taberna — Restaurant in Corinaldo

A true gem. A very special experience awaits those who enjoy the hunt for the extraordinary. Giada, the young and accomplished owner and Aldo, the talented Chef will surprise and delight. This restaurant is open all year round which is unique in this area. The menu is seasonal, fresh and nutritious and we found the portions generous. Giada recommend a perfectly complimenting wine from a reasonably priced selection. Dining on the terrace which has approx. 8 tables (in summer) as the sun is setting is perfect and inside there are about the same number of tables and I imagine this would be wonderfully cosy and welcoming in cooler months too. The bathrooms were immaculately clean too. The restaurant is located within the old Town (city center) of Corinaldo. There are just a couple of tables, make sure to let them know that you come in advance.

Food is excellent, smaller dishes but fantastic quality. It can get pricy, when you feed yourself through the entire 3 course menu, but value is good.

They also offer a great selection of wines, unfortunately you can only choose between 3 or 4 without ordering an entire bottle.

Very nice taverna in a very nice location. You can sit either on the steps side of the Corinaldo or in a small terrace overlooking the valley above the walls of the town. The food was excellent and the service too. Fast, friendly and helpful. Also the red local wine was excellent. All in a decent price in comparison with other restaurants that we’ve been in Italy.
