unbelievably slow service... Our order was taken at 2.15. Only the water arrived and we had to ask twice and wait 25 minutes(!) for the wine and bread to arrive. The plate of cheeses and ham, which we were told would take 10 minutes (we were cycling and had two starving kids with us) actually finally arrived just before 3pm, and thus took over 40 minutes! In those 40 minutes, only one other table received food. As I say, it wasn't busy, so I don't understand how it can take 40+ minutes to cut up two plates of ham and cheese, when there were 3 people working and only half the tables were occupied in off-peak hours. I shudder to think what it is like when it is busy. (As a comparison most osmize around Trieste where I live serve within 10 minutes and are usually much busier when open). They did offer the 3 coffees by way of apology which was appreciated, but I have to say it is a good job they don't serve hot food, you would need to order it a week in...

Decent Spot for a Drink and a Quick Bite

Enoteca di Cormons is a nice enough place if you’re looking for a casual stop in the area. It’s not particularly standout, but it does the job. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the space is pleasant — nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a drink or two.

The wine selection is decent, as you’d expect from an enoteca, with a focus on local labels. The food is okay — nothing remarkable, but it pairs well with the wines and works fine if you’re not looking for anything elaborate. Service is generally polite and efficient, though not especially warm or memorable.

Been to this restaurant with my colleagues twice.

Virtually at foot of mountains.

But importantly the food is brilliant and the management don't just want to snatch your money, as in some shops in UK.
