Gentile Caramella La sua risposta è tanto elegante quanto la qualità del servizio offerto Procediamo per ordine: Fa bene ad ironizzare sulle patatine ma se non può permettersi quelle fresche (1,3€ a sacchetto) si astenga dal servirle ...fa più bella figura È vero ha perfettamente ragione ! Ho sbagliato ad ordinare due calici di vino che non sono nelle mie disponibilità ....cmq avevo chiesto due friulani/tocai senza specificare la cantina ....spettava forse alla sua collaboratrice dire che quel vino non era disponibile della casa ma solo di questa o quella cantina? E cmq quando si serve un vino di etichetta si mostra la bottiglia al cliente e quindi lo si versa al tavolo del cliente stesso....non ci si presenta con i due bicchieri già riempiti. E taccio dell'improvvisazione che ho ravvisato ieri nel raccogliere le comande e di cui non ne faccio certo una colpa a coloro che lavorano e cercano di fare il meglio...anzi un plauso sincero a queste persone, ma anche lei gentile Caramella capirà che il cliente in quanto acquirente di un servizio ha diritto ai sensi del c.c. ad una prestazione eseguita a regola d'arte sia che spenda 4.5 € a calice sia che spenda 1,5 € (come farò io la prossima volta ) Peccato perché il locale è bello e sono sicuro che le pietanze servite siano ottime...ma evidentemente non siamo partiti col piede giusto Senza...

I keep this place in good consideration when we are in the Cormons area. It's nothing fancy or sophisticated but the pastas and the secondi are consistently tasty and well prepared. The price is extremely fair. They deserve an extra star because they always have good glasses of wine - of course in Cormons you must be well prepared when it comes to wine, but their list always features sound choices. It's the perfect place for a lunch in between...
