We had lunch on a Sunday and the restaurant was very busy. We had a combination of meats and seafood items. The food was good but not extraordinary. Some of the shellfish was gritty. The spaghetti was very well cooked. The steak was well done and tender. The fish fry consisted of alici, shrimp and calamari. The size of the shrimp was small. Esperienza davvero spiacevole in questa pizzeria. Avevo un coupon promozionale che, al momento della prenotazione, non indicava né limitazioni di giorno né modalità particolari di utilizzo. Lo scorso sabato avevo prenotato e chiamato poco prima dell’ora di prenotazione comunicando di fare 10 minuti di ritardo, ma alla mia chiamata la risposta è stata che mi sarebbe stato tolto il tavolo in modo sgarbato, senza alcun tipo di comprensione o disponibilità. Tengo a precisare che stasera mi è stato detto che era stata data tolleranza fino alle 20:30 cosa assolutamente non vera altrimenti sarei andata già lo sabato scorso aggiungendo che io stavo dicendo delle cose non vere. La cosa più grave è stato l’atteggiamento di un signore del personale: invadente nel voler sapere perché e come avessi ottenuto il coupon. Durante il confronto, ho lasciato parlare il signore del personale, al mio rispondere sono stata ignorata o interrotta con frasi maleducate e toni arroganti. Un comportamento assolutamente poco professionale e irrispettoso, che ha rovinato completamente l’esperienza. Quando ho detto di conoscere bene chi mi aveva dato il coupon, la risposta è stata un sarcastico e sgarbato: “Salutamelo”.

Un locale dove manca educazione e rispetto verso i clienti, soprattutto quando si presenta una situazione da chiarire. Non consiglio assolutamente.
