Unexpected gem on Lake Como. Wonderful place to get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are wonderfully crafted. We tried almost all the menu and enjoyed the complexity of every drink. Each one was special in very different ways. They play with local / Italian ingredients to create very special concoctions. They are true artisans. 5 Stelle alla location. Buono anche il servizio, cordiale, pronto e sorridente. Purtroppo però, questo locale entra nella schiera dei locali "creativi" che vogliono/devono rivisitare i cocktail per quale motivi, non è dato sapere. I cocktail buoni sono i classici ed un motivo ci sarà, peccato che oramai nessuno sappia più preparare un cocktail come si deve. Il cameriere avrebbe dovuto avvisarci che i cocktail avevano solo il nome dei cocktail, ma ingredienti non originali, un po' come l'aggiungere la panna alla carbonara, a qualcuno può piacere, ma meglio sarebbe cambiarne il nome, ma veniamo, nello specifico al mio Negroni:

1. Servito da una caraffa e non mixato in bicchiere 😱
2. Quantità del mix riviste con creatività dal barman, troppo Vermouth e Gin inesistente, Negroni completamente snaturato
3. Limone anziché arancia, tra l'altro non fettina, ma scorza. Il limone fa a pugni con il Campari.
4. Il limone oltre ad essere presente come scorza è anche stato spremuto, a mano nel Negroni (avete presente quando qualcuno pausava le unghie sulla lavagna a gessi a scuola? Stesso effetto)
5. All richiesta di patatine in accompagnamento al Negroni, ci è stato mostrato il menù, dove avremmo potuto scegliere e ordinare delle patatine, se ho capito bene, creative anche quelle. Ci siamo accontentati di qualche oliva e del mais
