Osteria del Ponte — Restaurant in Cuggiono

Tutto molto bello, peccato per il servizio imbarazzante. Abbiamo prenotato alle 21, siamo arrivati esattamente alle 21, per sentirci chiedere velatamente di “velocizzare” le nostre scelte perché la cucina avrebbe chiuso poco dopo.. eravamo un po’ spiazzati ma abbiamo fatto finta di nulla. In particolare una cameriera è stata molto sgarbata in tutte le occasioni.. l’abbiamo dovuta chiamare almeno 10 volte (non sto esagerando) per farci portare del pane. Mentre ci guardava faceva finta di niente, era tutto molto ridicolo e imbarazzante Alle 22 mentre stavamo già mangiando ci è stato rinfacciato che stavano facendo gli straordinari per noi. Abbiamo fatto notare che bastava non prendere una prenotazione per le 21 per quattro persone, che bastava chiedere e saremmo andati via immediatamente.. e ci stato detto che stavamo fraintendendo ed era solo per farcelo sapere. Al momento del dessert abbiamo ordinato dei sorbetti che avevano un sapore veramente particolare per tutti noi.. abbiamo concordato di non dire niente, mangiare gli altri dolci andarcene. Puntualmente è arrivata la cameriera chiedendo il motivo per cui non li avessimo finiti, abbiamo ammesso che effettivamente avevano un sapore strano e lei subito ha suggerito che probabilmente sapevano di detersivo dato che gliel’avevano già segnalato. Poi li ha tolti dalla comanda. Peccato perché comunque il posto è molto carino, la carne è buona però non ci torneremo più. Il servizio è veramente indecente.. eravamo imbarazzati per loro, poi la questione del sorbetto non mi è molto chiara, tantomeno quella dell’orario Purtroppo nessuna educazione e professionalità! This is a restaurant we sadly would have never found on our route ourselves. It was booked for us by the manager of our hotel. But I would not have wanted to miss this.. the restaurant is very good, staff Friendly and helpfull and the food was awesome. The grilled chicken and staek were very well made.
