I have no idea to talk about their management and their service. Both of them really gave me bad bad impression. Let’s talk two experiences they gave to us. One is that we have dinner in the restaurant. After we have sit down for a while, nobody came to us to give a pad for ordering food. At first, we asked an Italian waitress to serve us a pad, she just passed away and said she has another guests to serve then she would come back to us. But the truth was that she never came back again. Then we asked another Asian waitress to give us pad, she listened to me,but she didn't answer me. She just passed away directly without answering me. This is a little incredible. Although she bought me finally the pad but it did take for a while. And here is an another experience. Yesterday we gave the restaurant a call to ask for a take-out. We order almost 80 Euros of sashimi, sushi etc. They gave us four pairs of chopsticks but only one wasabi and one ginger. This evening, we order for an another take-out, we have specially mentioned that we want more wasabi and more ginger. What is fun is that they still only gave us one washabi and one giner. It is a little difficult to tolerate this so I called back but they were trying to pass the buck. And here is the photo of today's take-out. To sum up, their food is good. And I hope they can make some improvements about their management and their service. Still, I'm unhappy because we three need to share one wasabi and one ginger.

Honestly to say it’s NOT a high expectation restaurant. I really a japan cuisine fan. The most important thing which I really care a lot is the food quality, usually can be tasted by the raw fish or sushi with raw fish. But this part made me disappointed 100%. Also the China specialities like fried mantou, dumplings and Japan specialty stir fired udon noodles were extremely not the original taste. We ordered more than 20 different dishes which could be impressed with zero. Anyway we had to be pushed to eat all.

Ho avuto il piacere di provare la stessa catena di Ginza che c'è a Udine e come mi aspettavo ne sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Locale ampio, pulito e molto bello. Il fatto che sia affacciato sul Brenta dà un tocco in più per chi mangia al piano superiore per poter godere di una bella vista. Camerieri non troppo sorridenti ma molto veloci e attenti nel liberare il tavolo dai piatti vuoti. Il prezzo a cena è alto rispetto a molti altri Ayce però è giusto per la qualità dei prodotti di cui dispongono. Sono rimasta sorpresa nel vedere che hanno molta varietà di piatti che al Ginza di Udine non ci sono. C'è la possibilità di provare specialità a pagamento al di fuori del menù fisso. Gli impiattamenti sono fatti con molta cura e attenzione, difatti sono molto belli. La qualità del pesce è ottima e tutti i piatti che ho provato erano veramente buonissimi, soprattutto il sashimi di salmone che faceva sentire la freschezza del prodotto. L'unica pecca sono stati tutti i piatti fritti, dove la tempura è arrivata tiepida e non calda. I tacos di salmone e gunkan con salmone, philadelphia e mandorle erano buonissimi. Takoyaki, uramaki con riso venere, riso soffiato e salmone e uramaki con sake di salmone spicy e tempura davvero deliziosi. Nel complesso davvero un buon Ayce. Se dovessi tornare in zona sicuramente ci tornerei molto volentieri. Bravi bravi!

Dear Europe- Don't be fooled. This is not SUSHI. It is CHUSHI. There's a HUGE difference! Sushi is authentic Japanese food, made with excellent quality and FLAVORFUL ingredients. Chushi on the other hand, is just a cheap imitation from you know where, in order to take the money from the naive people of the world. If you think that you're getting "all you can eat" quality sushi for under €30.00, then you likely think that McDonald's is fine dining. Sadly, many inexperienced countries have allowed themselves, ONCE AGAIN, to be fooled by the duplicitous PRC community. They gave us Covid-19, they infiltrated Prato, Italy and now sell us cheap quality products disguised as Italian and now...they focus on selling authentic cuisine to the same folks that stopped eating at their restaurants! Andiamo spesso a mangiare al Ginza a Dolo, perchè ci siamo trovati sempre bene e l'ambiente, caratterizzato dalla vetrate con vista sul mulino, è unico. Purtroppo ieri le condizioni non sono state le stesse delle volte precedenti. Innanzitutto, quando ho chiamato per prenotare 4 posti, mi hanno avvisato che ci sarebbe stati due turni, ovvero il primo turno terminava alle 21 dove cominciava il secondo. La cosa mi ha lasciato alquanto perplesso, in quanto noi saremmo arrivati alle 20 ed ho cercato quindi di far capire che avremmo comunque continuato la nostra cena anche dopo le 21 in quanto il tempo a nostra disposizione era troppo limitato. Il personale al telefono mi ha quindi risposto che avevano adottato questa politica perchè la richiesta in questi giorni è particolarmente alta "visto che siete tutti in ferie". Quando siamo arrivati nessuno ci ha avvisati del doppio turno. Il servizio è andato abbastanza bene, ma non bene come al solito, fino a circa le 20:45. Poi gran parte del personale è stato delocalizzato a preparare le tavole del secondo turno con la conseguenza che al nostro tavolo sono arrivate due portate nei successivi 40 minuti. Alla fine, quando mancavano ancora alcune portate, ci siamo scocciati e ce ne siamo andati. Dopo aver pagato, ho anche fatto presente della situazione alla cassa. E' un peccato veder compromettere un servizio che fino a poco tempo prima era più che buono per cercare accaparrarsi fino all'ultimo cliente, quando normalmente in queste condizioni, chi non trova posto resta fuori per il tutto esaurito.
