Niko's Pizzeria di Pasquale — Restaurant in Domus De Maria

We had a really pleasant experience at this pizzeria! We had initially ordered a special pizza, but later realized it contained pork, which we don’t eat. We asked if it was possible to switch it for another one (the Buffalina), and we were fully prepared to pay for both.

To our surprise, the staff was extremely kind and didn’t charge us for the first pizza — a gesture we truly appreciated.

We ended up having the Buffalo, Buffalina, and tuna pizzas — and all of them were absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and a perfectly baked crust. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

If I could give 0 star I would! Unprofessional staff, extremely non polite. We arrived 20:15 and there were plenty empty tables, like 30 tables available. We sat in a small one and after 10 min a lady came screaming at us saying we had to leave because all tables were booked until 22:00. Didn’t apologise or anything. We don’t speak Italian and when we told her saying sorry we didn’t understand she just pointed out. I doubt all those tables would be filled in 1:30 and the minimum would be say sorry or something. I ordered a caprese salad as and I was extremely underwhelmed when a tiny portion was brought out with a small amount tomatoes and mozzarella. There were also many wasps in the area which caused couples to leave their seats and bring their pizzas home. The staff don't speak English either which made ordering a little challenging but of course we are in italy I didn't expect a fluent translator. Overall a decent experience but there are better...
