Moya Asian Fusion Restaurant — Restaurant in Empoli

Per festeggiare il compleanno di una mia cara amica sono stato invitato a cenare in questo ristorante asiatico. L'ambiente è fenomenale, con una sala spaziosa e ben decorata. Appena seduto sono stato accolto dai tablet in cui poter ordinare il proprio pasto, che ricordo è all you can eat, e posso dire che non è difficile maneggiare questo strumento elettronico perciò non dovrebbe essere un problema per i meno esperti. Purtroppo, parlando personalmente, non mi piace il sushi e quindi ho ordinato prodotti che potessero rendermi sazio ma devo dire che assaggiando alcuni pezzi dai miei amici si sente molto bene che il prodotto ha una eccellente qualità inoltre anche la presentazione del pasto è invitante. Il prezzo è ragionevole per ciò che si può ordinare anche se c'è da notare che acqua e dessert sono messi a parte dal prezzo stabilito. Nonostante tutto ciò se dovesse iniziare a piacermi il sushi di sicuro tornerò in questo ristorante. Arrivederci.

The service was incredibly warm and professional, making me feel like I was being taken care of down to the smallest detail. What impressed me the most was the quality of the sushi. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly sliced, and each bite was packed with delicious flavor. The sushi rice was also made to perfection, with each grain separate, soft, and not greasy. I especially recommend their signature sushi; every bite was a perfect experience. Although the prices are slightly higher than typical sushi places, considering the freshness of the ingredients and the high-quality service, it’s completely worth it. Overall, this is a sushi restaurant definitely worth visiting, and I will absolutely return. I highly recommend it to all sushi lovers!

Arrivati al ristorante siamo stati accolti con non grandissimo garbo. Io entrando nel ristorante essendo la prima volta che andavo non mi sono soffermato al primo bancone facendo tre passi verso il ristorante, una voce poco carina mi ha detto”HEY DEVI FERMARTI QUI”, lascio correre. Siamo 4 adulti e 3 bambini di cui due bambini mangiavano e uno (3 anni che ha mangiato a casa) no! Considerate un bambino di tre anni che vede arrivare al fratello un piatto di patatine, ne vorrà assaggiare una?? Beh appena il bambino prende una patatina arriva una signorina dicendo “ SE IL BAMBINO TOCCA DA MANGIARE DOVETE PAGARMI IL MENU ANCHE PER LUI”. Io molto incredulo e considerando che abbiamo acquistato birra e vino(bottiglia) extra, francamente non ci sto, al che manda un suo collega a spiegarmi (cosa avevo già capito). Egli sosteneva, con un esempio vergognoso che se io fossi andato in pizzeria non avrei dato da mangiare un pezzo a mio figlio della mia pizza ma avrei comprato una pizza anche per lui.. Per farla breve, io ero molto nervoso ma ho cercato di calmarmi, ho fatto portare al bambino un piatto di patatine extra al menu ma comunque hanno inserito il menu del bambino. Per me il posto può essere carino ma l’irriverenza e l’arroganza del personale è fastidiosa e poco professionale. Hanno sicuramente perso dei clienti.

Siccome non riesco a rispondertial tuo commento, modifico qui sotto.. Io non sono un MENZOGNERO, come hai scritto. Lo stop non era relativo al greenpass da controllare, a me sembra che tu voglia fare tanto il professore ma ti piace scrivere cose false! Il bambino non ha mangiato niente se non una patatina dal fratelloe voi siete arrivati con aggressività chiedendo di pagare. In 4 adulti abbiamo capito così, in una società EVOLUTA, (come piace dire a te) si capisce quando un bimbo non sta mangiando ma sta solamente prendendo una patatina. Siete veramente vergognosi anche nella risposte che date alle persone e lo si evince anche da come hai commentato, se non ti piacciono i commenti dei clienti cambia mestiere oppure cerca di migliorare. Guarda caso quelli che non ti piacciono li attacchi tutti. Vi saluto calorosamente e imparate a trattare le persone. Meno male abbiamo voi come persone CIVILI...
