The waitress that took my order ripped my receipt and accused us of stealing. While we were trying to explain to her in English that she was the one that ripped the receipt not us, she kept yelling in Italian that we were trying to steal and that we should speak Italian, even though we are tourists and don't know Italian . Not one of the workers there spoke with us in English. Being an European country they should know and speak English yet they refused to acknowledge us as being tourists. The problem wasn't solved until someone came and talked with them in Italian. If I could give this location less than a star, I would.

The food was great, but the customer service was horrible, it's not a suited place for tourists that don't know Italian.
