What an experience! We ended up here a little bit on a coincidence and didn’t check what the concept was prior to arriving. There is no menu. It’s a hosteria. They cook what they have - take it or leave it. The owner is running the place in a fun and good way. Do not expect anything fancy. The food is super solid and traditional - and very delicious! Siamo rimasti decisamente delusi dalla serata. Siamo stati fatti accomodare e serviti con un menu fisso senza alcun preavviso né possibilità di scelta. Le portate – 7 o 8 assaggini che sembravano più antipasti che veri piatti – erano modeste e poco soddisfacenti.

A peggiorare le cose, ci siamo accorti che ad altri tavoli venivano servite più portate, come panzerotti e altri fritti che a noi non sono mai arrivati. Semplicemente, si sono dimenticati.

L’intrattenimento musicale, con karaoke incluso, era di dubbio gusto. L’intrattenitore cercava di essere simpatico, ma il risultato è stato imbarazzante.

Eravamo andati con l’intento preciso di mangiare gli spaghetti all’assassina, ma solo al momento del conto ci è stato detto che il sabato non li servono. Un’informazione che sarebbe stata utile prima, non dopo.

Wir sind zufällig bei Vincenzo heute gestrandet auf der Suche nach einer Pizza. Wir hatten kurzzeitig Verständigungsprobleme, aber google Übersetzer hat super geholfen. Er hat uns das Konzept erklärt. Es gibt keine Speisekarte. Es gibt ein Menue von Apulischen Köstlichkeiten. Erst waren wir skeptisch und waren am überlegen wieder aufzustehen. Haben uns aber wegen seiner Freundlichkeit auf den abend eingelassen und was soll ich sagen, wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Eine kulinarische Reise. Die Gänge waren klein gehalten, was aber bei der Anzahl an Gängen auch wirklich richtig ist denn man möchte schließlich auch alles probieren. Wir ziehen den Hut vor Vincenco. Man fühlt sich familiär aufgenommen und nicht wie ein zahlender Kunde. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, besuchen wir die Hosteria, schade das es ein jahr dauern wird.
