Personale molto incompetente nei confronti della clientela soprattutto se straniera. Mi sono ritrovata in una situazione al dir poco imbarazzante tanto che sono intervenuta per aiutare una famiglia che non comprendeva la lingua italiana per poter effettuare l'ordine. La persona addetta alle comande ignorava la presenza di queste persone perché a detta sua "facevano perdere tempo". A quel punto la situazione è precipitata ulteriormente tanto che sempre l'addetta del locale ha iniziato a rivolgersi a me e la famiglia con toni aggressivi tanto da costringerli ad andarsene senza poter mangiare. Io mi sono vergognata e ho chiesto scusa per la loro maleducazione perché non tutti i posti sono pessimi...
