Abbiamo ordinato da asporto pizza e la torta di ceci. Tutto molto buono, complimenti per la pizza, diversa dal passato ma personalmente superiore. La pizzeria offre pure la possibilità di consumazioni sul posto grazie ad una saletta interna dedicata. Peccato per il comportamento igienico sanitario un pò carente del personale ma rimediabile con piccoli accorgimenti. La pizza viene servita toccandola con le mani, dopo aver dato i resti ai clienti. Non sono protetti i capelli, ahimè, nè da chi serve al banco tantomeno da chi si affaccia nel laboratorio. Manca, inoltre, completamente la gestione allergeni, in vetrina e sul banco sono esposte varie tipologie alimentari, dalla pizza alle torte dolci senza una minima separazione tra di esse ed un'informazione al cliente sulle sostanze o prodotti responsabili di intolleranze o allergie alimentari in esse contenute.
