We had such a lovely experience at Caffe Italia. We stayed at the hotel around the corner and saw the restaurant on the way in. We were welcomed like family and we stayed for drinks and then nibbles and then dinner. We stayed for four hours and felt immersed and welcomed into the local Sicilian community. We regret not asking the owner’s name but we wish him all the best and thanks to Elena for her kind hospitality and we also send her best wishes for the future.

Mi sono ritrovato per caso in questo locale molto elegante situato in piazza. Abbiamo trovato un comodo parcheggio e siamo entrati per un aperitivo, dove il proprietario ci ha anche omaggiato delle buonissime panelle home Made fritte con olio senza glutine perché già precedentemente avevo fatto la premessa di essere celiaco. Subito dopo abbiamo anche cenato nel local interno molto elegante , con una vasta varietà di pizze, e un impasto senza glutine TOP!!! Proprietari Gentilissimi e molto cordiali , il mercoledì organizzano anche quiz a premi!!! Che dire, ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Complimenti Francesco Nobile

The pizza is OK, nothing crazy. The location is very nice and the owner was friendly and kind enough to suggest we can put a table outside when he saw we’d rather stay there. Seems a bit overrated based on the reviews tho, there’s much better pizza...

We spent the night in this town on the way to Agrigento (Valley of the Temples). A nice sports bar-like spot for an easy, fuss-free and simple meal (pizza, salads, burger, etc) if you happen to be in Favara. Extremely affordable. Courteous host...
