Roadhouse — Restaurant in Fidenza

Today was the first time I have been there for lunch with my friend and the restaurant was very full. The food was good and price is reasonable, but the service was one of the worst I have ever experienced in Italy. The waiter first brought me the bucket ribs without giving me a plate, then I asked for a plate he brought me a plate with black dust on it. I asked another staff to change it then she brought me another oily plate which looks like have been wipped just by the tissue paper. I had to ask another time to get a clean plate to eat. Before we left the restaurant we saw a lady with a badge 'training manager' and we told her what happened. She slightly said I'm sorry then she turned around and waked away while my friend was still talking to her....I doubt if she dares to do this with Italian customers😶 3 stars only...

As always said, I don’t like steak houses but I managed to go with a friend who loves ribs and who was a little hungry. Staff was really nice. But please, that rap song singing “Roadhouse is not a pub, Roadhouse is not a bar” is really embarrassing (but this does not depend on the singular restaurant anyway). I completely hated that rap song but I just want to give positive rating because the staff was simply brilliant. Nice waiters and very friendly atmosphere. Thank you guys.

EDIT: came back again with my friend and one manager told me that rap song was been removed by the main company (I guess on all restaurants)🤣. I confirm another time both managers and the staff are friendly and the place is even better without...

Dopo la prima esperienza bruttissima a Parma di qualche anno fa, dove la cameriera mi rovesciò la padella con la carne bollente addosso rovinando i pantaloni costosi quasi nuovi e facendomi anche pagare, a distanza di tempo riproviamo a Fidenza. Entriamo e diciamo che siamo di fretta se so riesce a mangiare qualcosa al volo dicono di sì. Insieme a noi entrano 3 persone. Dicono di aspettare 10 minuti a tutti. Ok nessun problema. Ci sediamo noi e altre 3 persone entrate contemporaneamente. A queste persone viene preso l'ordine subito a noi ci ignorano. Arrivano altri 2 tavoli e subito viene preso l'ordine pure a loro. Siamo ignorati da chiunque passa. Iniziamo a chiamare qualcuno ma fanno finta di non vederti. Uno dice che arriva la collega. Ai tavoli arrivati dopo portano i piatti già da mangiare. A noi finalmente viene a prendere l'ordine la cameriera. Le persone entrate insieme a noi finiscono di mangiare e ordinano il caffè. Del nostro ordine non c'è traccia. Arrivano i piatti pure a quelli entrati dopo e questa cosa mi ha mandato in bestia. Sembra che facciano apposta a servire prima quelli che arrivano dopo. Finalmente arriva l'ordine. Quando ormai quelli arrivati dopo di noi hanno quasi finito. Devi chiedere di portare le salse sempre se sei fortunato a beccare il cameriere che ti ignora. Per chiamare qualcuno per il caffè altro quarto d'ora. Andiamo alla cassa e qui la sorpresa, ci fanno pagare il prezzo superiore a quello della promozione sulla tovaglia perché non ho la tessera o l'app, questa è scritta da qualche parte in minuscolo e nessuno si è degnato di avvisare che senza l'app un hamburger lo paghi 2 euro in più. Bravi, veramente ottimo marketing! Camerieri indifferenti e scortesi, caposala idem. Pessima esperienza, non torneremo...
