Sushiko Fidenza — Restaurant in Fidenza

Do not recommend AT ALL. Food's quality was bad and how they served it was even worse. First, the albacore/white tuna was YELLOW and not WHITE/RED meaning that it had gone bad and couldn't be eaten. Second, the wonton soup served had a weird and the wonton were previously FRIED( you can tell by the bubbles in the wrapper(where there isnt meat) of the wonton in the photo), like you fry something and then put in soup??? really?? We all know that you're supposed to BOIL them, right? LAST, what was that in the noodles? Either they were OVERcooked(which they were to the point that you cant even pick up the noodles without them breaking) or in fact left sitting for too long after cooking before being served. One thing's for sure though, this was the worst restaurant...

If you are a foreign visitor with kids and do not speak Italian, then DO NOT go to this Restaurant. We had the worst Service and treatment ever. Completely unacceptable and unethical.

Response to the owner: Dear Sir/Madam, This is a typical reply that does not make things better. It also indicates that you do not care about what our experience was. You do not even care in order to improve yourself and to avoid such mistakes in the future. What is certain with such a reply, we are definitely not going to visit Sushiko when we come again to Fidenza. Best regards, Christos...

Decido di passare una serata al sushi chiamo per prenotare un tavolo 2 adulti due bambini sotto il metro accertandomi non pagassero, mi informano che le regole sono cambiate recentemente e che solo a cena i bambini sotto 1 m non pagano mi reco ristorante per le 19:30 come da tavolo prenotato ma non trovo alcuna traccia sul menu cartaceo (mentre in Internet ancora presente) di eventuali riduzioni o condizioni speciali per i bambini chiedo per sicurezza prima di ordinare e dopo essermi accomodato mi rispondono che loro non hanno riferito questa cosa telefonicamente a nessuno quindi mi fanno passare per uno che inventa le cose.. premetto che da casa mia al sushi ci sono 15 km come se io non avessi nulla da fare e uscissi di casa inventando le cose facendo 15 km con due bambini di tre anni che non mangiano praticamente quasi nulla li.. Mi viene richiesto il pagamento oltre che del coperto per entrambi i bambini della somma equivalente alla metà del prezzo per un adulto.. in pratica io per far mangiare a mezzo piatto di riso due bambini avrei dovuto pagare 30 € Decidiamo di lasciare il ristorante per non farci ritorno ne ora ne mai più sconsiglio altamente a tutti questo posto in quanto sono veramente molto molto...
