We visited this place on the june 30th with high hopes due to its reputation for excellent ambiance. While the meals and atmosphere did not disappoint, the service was a significant letdown.
From the start; we don't speak Italian, and the staff, except for one employee, did not speak English. However, there could be some other ways to understand each other. The day's special, which wasn't on the menu, was being explained to each table individually, but we were overlooked. When we finally made our selection from the menu, the waiter hurriedly took our orders without even asking about our drink preferences, snatching the menus away in a rush.
When we attempted to inquire about the wines, the only English-speaking waiter came over reluctantly, making us feel as if he was doing us a huge favor. This attitude was surprising for a high-end restaurant where one would expect the staff to be attentive and courteous.
Unfortunately, it seemed we received the least attention because we were foreigners, with a dismissive attitude that made us feel unwelcome.
Overall, while the culinary experience was delightful, the poor service left a bitter taste. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure all guests, regardless of their language, feel valued...
Read moreDisappointing and overrated …. We visited this beach club in Sardinia on our last day of vacation, drawn in by the many positive reviews. But honestly, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
At first glance, the place looks chic, but there’s absolutely no beach service: no servers come by!! you have to get up and order yourself! Yet in other beach clubs in the area, the service was impeccable, with staff constantly available. No one to serve on the entier beach, even though the place was tiny and practically empty!!!
The atmosphere was dull, not warm or welcoming at all, we were honestly bored. The menu is poor, with very few options… and the pasta? A disaster. I’m not exaggerating: it was probably the worst pasta I’ve ever had in Italy. Undercooked, mushy, barely six bites on the plate — a total joke. I know what "al dente" means, and this was just plain raw. Inedible.😣
In short: extremely overrated spot, lifeless vibe, almost no service, and shameful food. There are far better places in Sardinia. Honestly, skip this...
Read moreI wasn’t really happy with this beach club. You pay 90+ Euro for what exactly? Customer service was non-existent - the staff didn’t came even once to ask if we’re good or if we needed something. We needed to go to the bar for every single matter. When the staff was approach by us, they weren’t particularly warm or welcoming (not all of them were like that but the majority). A juice costs 7,50 Euro which is crazy - and don’t get me wrong, I like to spend money but not if I have the feeling that it’s not worth the performance. The water was fine but there are better beaches in Sardinia. Also they put white sand at the beach club because the one from the beach is actually more yellow-toned. You can be pricey as a facility but your offer needs to meet the price point. The drinks were fine, we...
