We toured over two weeks in Italy/Sicily in July 2023, and this little hidden treasure in my husbands native town of Floridia is incredible!! A MUST EAT! The food was amazing, authentic, genuine Sicilian cuisine, and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, they make you feel like a guest in their home. We had to go back a second night to try different appetizers, pasta, pizza, and fish dishes on the menu, and were just as impressed. Even our teenage kids devoured their food! What a little ‘Gem’ of pure Sicilian cuisine. Tucked away in what looks like a normal residential area of ‘Floridia’. Not Florida, USA ok guys. The food is just incredible & very reasonably priced. Abbiamo scelto di fare ristorante. Non siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Alcune portate come per esempio i paccheri casa mia, la scottata di tonno, la pepata di cozze, gli spaghetti alle vongole, sono state davvero squisite altre invece ci hanno deluso. L insalata di polpo non era un granché come anche la pasta al pistacchio e pancetta, quest'ultima era troppo pesante il gusto della pancetta che sovrastava il pistacchio. Anche gli spaghetti allo scolto non erano eccezionali. Eravamo una comitiva ed abbiamo scelto diverse portate . Il luogo è carino, noi abbiamo cenato all 'aperto. Il personale...mmm, purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una buona restituzione. È stato un po' scontroso e con altri camerieri si scambiavano occhiate e smorfie quando qualcuno al nostro tavolo li chiamava. Mah...forse eravamo in troppi e non riuscivano a gestire troppe richieste? O forse non gli eravamo simpatici? Non so , purtroppo in più persone abbiamo avuto la stessa impressione.
