Review of Giardino Segreto
Giardino Segreto is a hidden gem that offers an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step in, you’re embraced by an elegant and meticulously crafted atmosphere. The design is a seamless blend of sophistication and warmth, with perfect lighting that enhances the ambiance both inside and out. Whether you’re seated indoors or enjoying the charming outdoor vibe, every detail feels thoughtfully curated.
The menu is as impressive as the setting, with dishes that are as visually stunning as they are flavorful. The onion soup is extraordinary—rich, perfectly balanced, and deeply satisfying. The gnocchi melts in your mouth, and the faraona chicken is cooked to perfection, delivering a taste that is both comforting and refined. Desserts are a delightful way to end the meal, rounding out a truly unforgettable culinary journey, a little bit too sweet for my taste though.
The wine selection is excellent, offering a range of choices to complement your meal. The service is impeccable; the staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, enhancing the overall experience. While the price point is high, it’s undeniably worth every penny for the quality, atmosphere, and attention to detail that Giardino Segreto delivers.

Read moreWent there last Friday night; location is a 10/10, but the rest, in my opinion, it is not worth a 4/10. First of all the food was coming out so slowly, we waited 40 mins to get the ‘appetiser on the house’ then other 20 to get the entree we actually ordered. We called the waiter few times to order the wine, but meanwhile we finished the entree. About the food: the beef tartare was hard to chew and full of tendons. Meat and pastas were not that great, the porcini pasta was dry, bitter and too strong in taste, I needed a litre of water with it, desserts and coffee were good though. We asked for the bill and wait 15 minutes to get it. When we checked the bill, we find out that there was a huge mistake as they were charging us 45€/ drink instead of 4,50€, but that can happen… The most awful part was when we left the place and got ask from the staff (who was smoking and chilling outside) to remove the stone that was stopping the gate open and close it behind us. If I go to a fine dining restaurant like this one, I would expect a way better service. I deeply regret going there for dinner and wouldn’t...
Dolci molto buoni! Prezzi secondo me da rivedere.
