Qui Si Pizza — Restaurant in Foiano della Chiana

Pur preferendo la versione bassa e croccante della pizza, ho potuto apprezzare quella napoletana fatta a regola d'arte. Aspetto positivo la cottura con forno a legna. Il bordo probabilmente poco areato e un po' troppo gommoso, nota non influente sulla valutazione finale grazie alla leggerezza dell'impasto, ottimamente lievitato. Nonostante consumata in tarda serata la notte è stata "tranquilla". Location semplice e spartana, che per spazi e arredamento si presta meglio nel periodo estivo.
