A pleasant surprise to find this artisanal ice-cream chop in Umbria’s cute medieval Foligno town of less than 60,000 habitants. Run by a very friendly Brazilian resident of the town, it is a successful business for offering also tasty cupcakes, crepes, waffles, many types of deserts and yogurt. My preference is the milk-less chocolate and mango ice cream. They also have gluten free offerings. The shop is clean, neat, modern. The laboratory is visible behind the glass window. Premetto che il gelato è buono, anche se da quando ha aperto anni fa già sembra cambiato.. Ma cmq io credo che un cono medio 3,5 euro sia troppo, poi ci mettono veramente poco gelato, almeno ce lo facessero mangiare. Ci sono altre gelaterie con la stessa qualità che hanno prezzi più bassi, poi consideriamo che si trova non in centro quindi o abbassa un po o prezzi o ci mette più gelato sopra. Perché una famiglia non può spenderò 12 euro a Foligno per 3 coni. Ci va una volta al mese così. Fate voi, il mio è un consiglio perché il gelato è buono
