We had a table of 4, two dishes arrives and the food and plates was cold. The other two people had to wait about 7 mins for their dishes, so the initial dishes were ruined. Service was terrible, had to ask for the bill 3 times, and if you criticise them online you will get a nasty response back. We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we went twice during our visit to Prato Nevoso. Its a real little gem in the village. La proprietaria e lo staff molto gentili e preparati. Al nostro arrivo a Prato Nevoso nel pomeriggio abbiamo richiesto un tavolo per la stessa sera, e nonostante fossero pieni sono rousciti ad accontentare la nostra richiesta. Il locale sia all'esterno che all'interno è splendido e particolare, curato nei dettagli. Le proposte culinarie tutte molto ricercate e particolari, ottime!!! Oltre al nostro ordine, ci hanno coccolato offrendoci un'entrée piu un finale di assaggi di dessert squisiti. Inoltre avendo terminato il vino da noi ordinato, ci hanno servito un un'alternativa più costosa ma lasciandola allo stesso prezzo del prodotto scelto da noi.
