Ristorante Arco Olimpio — Restaurant in Francavilla Fontana

It was nice enough, fairly good range of antipasto and other dishes, but the food came out rather erratically (the bowl of fries came first, weirdly, before antipasti!). We all ate something, which is not bad when I have such a picky daughter at the moment. A couple of dishes and drinks didn't turn up but went on the bill, but their swiftly removed when I pointed this out. Francavilla itself was great fun that evening and we had a good experience. May visit again, the service was slow (painful waiting on 'il conto') but may try off season as many places struggle with...

Abbiamo scelto questo locale leggendo le varie recensioni, cercavamo un ristorante due mare. partiamo con il dire che non cucina pesce, nel senso che non c'è un pescato del giorno. C'è la tartare di tonno, il pesce spada e le varie fritture, con 3/4 primi di mare. Abbiamo ordinato cavatelli ai frutti di mare, linguine alle vongole, tartare di tonno, frittura di totani e patatine fritte. Arrivati alle 21, abbiamo ordinato alle 21,30 ( perché ho detto al cameriere che eravamo pronti). I primi sono arrivati alle 22,30, finiti i primi i secondi sono arrivati veloci. Le patatine fritte mai arrivate. Non è stato un incidente nostro, i piatti in sala non arrivavano proprio, ed il bello è che per lo staff era normale, perché si vedeva che erano tranquilli senza ansia. 2 ore per un primo ed un secondo, neanche fosse il migliore del mondo. I primi non so neanche come valutarli, perché erano in brodo. I secondi invece erano buoni. Buono anche la bottiglia di rosé. Hanno una discreta carta di vini. Spesa totale 73 euro. Love it.... great pizzeria plus in the heart of town... busy busy busy... opens late... stays open late for us northern Europeans.... lovel outside dinning in warm summer months... great value.... Always updating and improving, new looks, larger outside area, fantastic pastas, great menu, great prices, my top pic for quality and value...
