Ca Dei Maghi — Restaurant in Fumane

A home outside of home! Based on a friend’s recommendation we stayed a week in Ca’ dei Maghi and it was a great experience: Rooms are sparkling clean and have everything you need including a huge terrace with a view over the valley, the breakfast was fresh and of quality food, we also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool area every afternoon. And of course, the dinners were absolutely amazing, great food and incredible wines! The most outstanding for us was Giovanna herself, she made us feel so welcomed and at home even though we did not know her at our arrival. We felt like visiting a good friend. She is the soul of the place! For us this place is an absolute gem!

The wonderful Ca dei Maghi Hotel and adjoining restaurant is all about the ever attentive, vivacious hostess with the mostest Giovanna. It’s impossible to talk too highly of her, she walks you to your room, delights the guests at every single table throughout dinner time and then she is there again to make you a lovely cappuccino at breakfast time. |Ca dei Maghi also boasts wonderful views of the Valpolicella vineyards and is a perfect spot for a weekend visit. The rooms are comfortable and all have great views of either the valley or the hills behind the house. It is strongly recommended to dine on site if you stay at the hotel, their amarone pasta with truffle is in a league of its own....
