I recently had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable restaurant that not only offered exquisite cuisine but also provided a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. La location ha una vista molto suggestiva e romantica, non a caso il locale è sempre pieno proprio perché affacciato sul mare e su tutta la riviera. Proprio perché il posto è così bello mi aspettavo più cura anche in tutto il resto. A partire dai tavoli che sono fin troppo vicini tra di loro e “apparecchiati” con le tovagliette con su scritto il menú e dei piatti con sopra le posate. (Coperto 2€ a persona e prezzi del cibo e bevande superiori alla media, come una bottiglietta di plastica da mezzo litro di acqua che costa 2,50€). Noi abbiamo prenotato per le 19:15 proprio per riuscire a vedere il tramonto, orario in cui il ristorante non era pieno e anzi c’era ancora poca gente proprio perché presto. Nonostante non ci fosse casino, il servizio è stato veramente molto frettoloso e poco accogliente, ci ha dato l’impressione che dovessimo fare veloce e sbrigarci a liberare il tavolo. Abbiamo ordinato una porzione di patatine fritte da condividere PRIMA delle pizze (specificandolo anche durante l’ordine), ma nonostante questo sono arrivate le patatine e 2 minuti dopo le pizze. Così abbiamo mangiato entrambe le cose mezze fredde e a caso. Le patatine per lo meno erano molto buone, croccanti e non unte. Pizza assolutamente nella media, niente di eccezionale o memorabile. Il posto e la vista sicuramente meritano, servizio e cordialità vanno decisamente rivisti...

Facciamo finta di essere a "Quattro Ristoranti", e diamo un voto per location, menù, servizio e conto... Location 10:la più bella vista della Riviera Romagnola, se il cielo è terso si riesce a vedere la costa fino al grattacielo di Cesenatico, e cenare con il Sole al tramonto sul mare non ha prezzo. Menù 8: Premesso che io odio tutto ciò che ha a che fare con il mare in quanto a cibo, il menù è sufficientemente vario da non scontentare nessuno. Si mangia bene, e la vocazione turistica del menù in questo caso è un bonus, non certo un male. Servizio 8: Veloce, cortese e attento. Con il locale murato di gente non si sono dimenticati di noi, cosa che avviene, purtroppo, ormai troppo spesso in locali ben più piccoli e molto meno affollati. Conto 7.5: Di sicuro non è il locale più economico della Riviera, ma il rapporto con le altre voci di questa recensione rende più che giusto quello che abbiamo speso.

Conclusioni finali... Bel Sit si merita un bel 9 in pagella, con l'aggiunta di un mezzo voto in più strettamente personale, in quanto è stato il primo ristorante che io ricordi, visto che mi ci portavano i miei quando ero molto piccolo durante le vacanze estive, quasi quarant'anni fa... Quindi,...
