Too bad you can't give less than 1 star. The only positive thing I can say is "nice view". After ordering a swordfish lunch, I was informed that it would take 20 minutes. Fine. In the meanwhile one of my lunch partners was left waiting for a salad that never did arrive. When the lunch came to the table it was not the swordfish I ordered but the "catch of the day" special that looked suspiciously like the same tired fish the wait staff had paraded out to entice diners when we first arrived. When I informed the waiter that this is not what I ordered, the waiter proceeded to argue that I had ordered the "red fish". Again I pointed out that I had not ordered this and pointed to the swordfish on the menu that I had actually ordered. He made some comment and walked away. I had to forcefully indicate that I did no want nor would I pay for. His comment was "I don't understand why you wouldn't want the best piece of fish in all of Italy" with a smirk. Unfortunately a disappointing experience. The salad was plain lettuce (not the freshest, no garnish) and the olive oil tasteless (might have been sunflower oil to save costs - wouldn’t be the first time). We decided to share the daily fish, cause we weren’t hungry. Fortunately we didn’t get two fishes. We received a SMALL red snapper with one piece of lemon for garnish. only the fish itself was 45€!! I can’t recommend this place enough! The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all incredible. Please visit, you won’t be sorry. Something to note, the bridge is being repaired but the restaurant is still open. The bridge construction has hurt their business because most people think they can’t access the restaurant, but you still can! Go around the road closed markers and you will reach the restaurant before the bridge. It truly was a perfect night! I can’t wait to go back. People giving negative reviews have no clue.
