Antichi sapori — Restaurant in Gallarate

Ho scelto questo ristorante - essendo in zona per lavoro - attirata dalle recensioni che ho letto in Google Maps. Non posso che confermare le precedenti recensioni che, per la maggioranza, sono ottime.

Il cibo è squisito, preparato con cura, dagli ingredienti di qualità all’impiattamento. Le portate sono buone da mangiare e belle da vedere ed è veramente apprezzabile che ci sia una scelta vegetariana per chi, come me, non consuma carne. Incuriosita dalle belle pizze che mi passavano davanti, ho chiesto ai commensali vicini se fossero buone: mi hanno risposto che sono ottime, quindi prossimamente tornerò a provarle.

L’ambiente è davvero accogliente, gradevole alla vista, curato. Per come è strutturato, il ristorante si presta molto bene per conviviali incontri di lavoro e/o affari, per pranzi o cene romantiche e per piccoli gruppi di persone. Sconsiglierei la scelta a grandi tavolate rumorose, perché non mi sembra proprio l’ambiente adatto.

I giovani titolari sono professionali, dinamici e brillanti nella giusta misura. Il conto mi é sembrato ragionevole, ben equilibrato e corretto nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We went here twice because clearly we really love everything about this restaurant. Our favorite was the mix seafood and quattro formaggi!! Truly the best! We also tried the chocolate souffle and the panacotta and it was nice as well. Highly recommend to anyone who pass by Gallarate area to try Antichi Sapori. Would definitely come back soon! Food was ok but the staff couldn’t be more rude and made us feel so unwelcome. Took the menus off us and gave them to another table before we had a chance to order, kept coming over to try and clear our plates when we were still eating numerous times. The service was very different for locals so maybe they just want to keep it a local...
