Looking for a high quality dining experience in the small town of Gallarate? You'll find it here. I was skeptical of the email reservation method at first, but I sent the reservation request at 3pm for a 7pm reservation for a party of 6 people on the same day and received the reservation acceptance reply email from the staff at 6:20. We even arrived 15min late due to transportation conflicts and we were greeted with open arms and positive upbeat attitudes. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with free aparatif drinks (option of gin and tonic or Aperol Spritz) which were excellently mixed. The steaks are each vastly different and treated with love and respect when cooked by the masterful grill chef. You couldn't order a "bad" thing on this menu, it simply isn't possible. From the waygu to the filet, all was incredibly delicious. Do yourself a favor and try the Bull Balls for desert, you seriously will thank me for recommending it (they're not really bull balls of course). Cenetta romantica, abbiamo scelto la degustazione carni da 110 euro, la carne era buona (deluso da wagyu ma vabbè) la piastra su cui è stata portata la carne era stata scaldata appena appena e infatti 10 minuti dopo era tutto freddo. Ci dicono che insieme al piatto scelto abbiamo 2 contorni, scegliamo patate a forno (buone) e patata bollita e poi fritta che purtroppo era palesemente scaldata al microonde, molto calda fuori e gelata all' interno, non era un granché. L' ambiente è carino, un pochino buio per i miei gusti ma sicuramente altri lo apprezzeranno. 2 note negative sono state: Una bambina piccola di qualche tavolo più in là che continuava a strillare e a far casino, i genitori probabilmente sono abituati a lei e non li vedevo particolarmente impegnati a tranquillizzarla, il che mi ha dato fastidio, perché se hai una figlia esagitata non la porti al ristorante e se lo fai devi trovare il modo di non infastidire gli altri avventori che spendono fior di soldi per passare una piacevole serata tranquilla e si ritrovano nervosi e infastiditi da una bambina. Altra cosa poco simpatica al momento del conto si è scoperto che i 2 contorni non erano compresi nella degustazione (al contrario di ciò che il cameriere cia ha detto) ma erano a pagamento a parte, 5 euro a patata. Non è un problema di soldi, ma di comunicazione con il cliente. Peccato perché la carne è buona, magari tornerò a farci un giro quando la bambina di quegli assidui clienti sarà cresciuta e potrò...

Awesome, and I mean awesome service. I’m leaving a 5* review because of that alone, but the food could be a little better. The steak was a bit gamey, and it came out medium rare (ordered medium) and the bone marrow was overcooked leaving not much left to be eaten.
