ikko sushi — Restaurant in Genoa

One night they took one hour to give us our food and they missed some plates. Second time was my husband and son. They were served ok. Third and last, today we came for lunch. They had the "all you can eat " option but as I'm a vegetarian and they only have a few options, i only asked for a sushi roll out of the "all you can eat menu". Three of the staff came to our table to ask for me to change to another table as I was not asking for the menu! I said I wouldn't as I came to eat with my family. So they took an empty table and moved it beside us so i would seat nearer my family. Still I wouldn't, it is absurd. So they handed me another tablet to ask for my roll... ABSURD MANAGEMENT and totally rude for customers. The waitress treated us well, at least. My sushi roll is delicious, but the management is not that good. They should think about another way of adminitrating their menus and treating customers that ask for...

If you waste any food on buffet they will charge for each plate. They did not inform us about this policy when we took the buffet. The food was fried in old oil the Prawn Tampura had a terrible after taste. Food was not fresh and was old. The service was less then satisfactory and the owner was quite rude and abrupt and the hygiene level of the kitchen is very bad and I see a mouse running in corridor and basement is disgusting and smelly. The owner is not from Japan. The food is not authentic Japanese but more Chinese Sushi. Overall disappointed with a very bad experience and poor hygiene. Ho trovato posto per cenare in questo ristorante il giorno 14 Febbraio chiamando il pomeriggio stesso, ho prenotato un tavolo per 2. Ci hanno fatto accomodare al primo piano, il locale è bello e con il parcheggio. Probabilmente quella sera avevano molta gente e non sono riusciti a gestire bene la sala. Non ci hanno portato il tablet, abbiamo dovuto chiederlo al cameriere che lo ha sottrato ai ragazzi del tavolo vicino e configuraro con il nostro tavolo, dopo aver ordinato (giustamente) i ragazzi del tavolo vicino hanno chiesto al cameriere di ordinare ancora e quindi ci è stato portato via il tablet a noi. Ho notato che anche gli altri tavoli della sala erano nella medesima situazione (delle persone si sono sedute e dopo aver chiesto svariate volte il tablet per ordinare si sono alzate e sono andate via). Il sushi era buono e anche altri piatti, tranne il pollo fritto che aveva davvero un pessimo gusto l' impanatura. Alcuni ordini sono arrivati sbagliati ma con il locale pieno posso anche accettarlo. Dopo aver richiesto nuovamente il tablet dal tavolo vicino abbiamo deciso di fare l'ultimo ordine per evitare la questione del passaggio del tablet. La cosa che mi ha dato particolarmente fastidio è stata la presenza del citofono (vicino al nostro tavolo ) che suona fortissimo tutte le volte che un piatto viene inviato al primo piano con il montacarichi ! Suona davvero fortissimo e a volte anche per più di 5 secondi, con il locale pieno ovviamente venivano inviati tantissimi piatti. Mi dispiace ma probabilmente in un altra circostanza con meno affollamento e un tavolo al piano terra avrei apprezzato...
