This restaurant has the most horrible service. They are extremely rude which makes you wish why did u even visit this place. The girls serving here have such bad attitude that it ruined our dinner. They got the order wrong and they don't bother to apologise or even offer to rectify. When I tried to understand the erroneous dish they served they couldn't bother to explain a single bit. But she demanded an answer if I wanted to go ahead with their mistake or wish for my original order. The menu was entirely Italian with English translation but unfortunately their translation is not perfect which lead to a misunderstanding of what was being ordered. Upon arrival of the food we pointed out their error in menu to which the server insulted us for not knowing Italian. She kept making derogatory remarks. It was really hurtful. I cannot express how much I adore this restaurant! Not only is their food absolutely delicious, but their responses to one-star reviews are nothing short of legendary. The staff here have mastered the art of being both funny and accurate, all while delivering savage comebacks to those who just don't appreciate the culinary masterpiece they offer.

The creativity in their retorts is as impressive as their menu. It's like a show on its own – you come for the food, but you stay for the hilarious exchanges with unhappy customers. Every time I read one, I can't help but burst into laughter.

Meritereste zero stelle. Mi sono recata in questo ristorante per cenare con il mio compagno.. abbiamo ordinato un antipasto acqua e un calice di prosecco, io per cause esterne inizio a sentirmi male , molto male, che ho dovuto mandare il mio ragazzo di corsa in hotel (lontano da dove ci trovavamo) per recuperarmi qualche medicinale. E nel mentre sono rimasta ad aspettare al tavolo, tremando sudando freddo, con dolore al petto. Non è stata toccata ne l'acqua ne il prosecco.. nel mentre senza essere nemmeno considerata, cameriere che passavano , solo due ragazze al tavolo di fianco si sono interessate di chiedermi tutto bene ?. Dopo 15 minuti mi alzo, perché non riuscivo a stare seduta , e comunico alla cameriera che sarei andata via perché non stavo bene, non mi reggevo, e avevo molto freddo ( nonostante fuori facesse caldo). Esce lo chef dicendomi che però aveva già preparato l'ordine 😅.. nel mentre la cameriera mi fa pagare , e me ne vado. Vado in contro al mio compagno che poi ha chiamato il pronto soccorso che è arrivato subito. Stavo avendo un infarto. E in tutto ciò personale chef ecc se ne sono sbattuti di una persona che stava male, senza un briciolo di umanità, mi avete addirittura fatto pagare, un acqua e un calice non toccati. Siete persone vergognose senza umanità. Sono indignata. Vi auguro di ricevere il vostro stesso trattamento. . Alla vostra risposta, rispondo con piacere , che potevate anche evitare di rispondere insultando oltretutto. Fate veramente pena come persone. Dovrei denunciarvi per questo! Ma ha cercato di fare cio che poteva, essendo la situazione aggravata in seguito sono stati chiamati i soccorsi.
