Caffè e torte sono molto buoni. Tuttavia, la signora che distribuisce il Dolce dal bancone ai clienti è probabilmente la persona più ostile che abbia mai incontrato qui in Italia finora. Si rifiuta di capire anche un po 'di inglese ogni volta. Tutti capiscono "due torte" anche se poi si punta un dito sulla torta, anche lei dovrebbe aver capito cosa vuole il cliente. No, preferisce essere turbata dal fatto che i suoi clienti non siano fluenti in italiano. La prossima volta dovresti assicurarti, tuttavia, che il cliente potrebbe non capire cosa viene detto un po '. Non sorprende, tuttavia, che alcuni clienti non parlino italiano dato che migliaia di persone provenienti da altri paesi si trovano qui nella zona. That Situation happened Multiple Times so i needed to write...

This is the place to go to if you are in the northern rural areas of Naples ... From Monteruscello up through villa literno. They have really good pastries and cakes and they have a full blown bar. Plan ahead if you are going on the weekend, because there will always be a line. Make sure you take a number as well or you may end up standing there looking silly. If you don't speak Italian, you can use your fingers to point to what you want. Most people of the staff are super courteous, i can't guarantee that the customers will extend that courteousness 🤭🤭🤭 Nonetheless, a great place to go to pick up some treats or go...

Just picked up a small cake for € 29,00 ....served by an extremely unfriendly lady to find out when I arrived at home that she did not secure the cake as always done in Italian pasticcerie w two cardboard supports! the cake was placed in a much bigger box and thus moved around also w cateful handling ! the cake is destroyed and was supposed to be a gift! my personal advice :go to Pasticceria Dolce Momenti close by : better prices quality...
